Uyu: Hey everyone!

We are still on it to deliver it to you guys.

Uyu
Hey,
yes, I hope you are. But why does the delivery take so long on GOG, could you please elaborate the problem a bit? I think an explanation would help us to understand the situation.

Hi Wolfram_von_Thal,

sure!

A DRM free system and game needs other installers and other systems in place. These lines of code, theses installers etc. need to be tested, so that you players won't run into frustrating problems. All these systems need to be developed, covered and tested for a lot of PC systems with different hardware combinations and different OS (Windows, Mac, Linux) in 32+64 bit. This is what we are doing right now as fast and good as we can.

I can really understand your concern, but I hope you will understand and bear with us. We want you to play the game as fast as possible and are giving it our all with top priority.

Hey,
Thank you for the explanation. But I have to confess I still can't understand why all of this testing hasn't been done beforehand to guarantee a simultaneous release on both platforms. And there is still the irritating fact that the pirates seem to be able to produce the drm-free installers almost immediately after the Steam release.
Anyway, thank you for your answer, I'm looking forward to book 2.
Hi guys,

I'm happy to announce that Book Two should be available by now here on GOG via an update! Thank you for your patience.

Thank you, this saved my day!
Hi everyone,

just installed Version 1.1.636 on Linux Mint 18.3. It starts, it runs, but when I try to start Book 2 it shows a menu item saying 'Book available on release' ! So Book 2 won't start.
Does anybody experience better, or is there still no release of Book 2 for GOG?!?

Same over here on Windows 10. Even replayed the end of Book 1, thinking that might unlock it. Nope, something seems to have gone wrong.

So the good news: Got it work on a Mac, after installing the DLC download.
And the bad news: There is no Linux download available for it until now ....

Hope the guys in Hamburg can fix it soon!
