Great thing Just Cause is finally available on gog. :)

One thing: I played it back in the days on my 360 with conroller. So there should be a way to play it on PC with controller either. According to pcgamingwiki it is not officially supported. I could use a mapper (like JoyXoff), but maybe somebody here knows a more native solution (mod etc).

Thanks :)

for 2 and 3 on steam, they both support gamepads as I played both with one. I never bought 1 on steam cause older games don't launch on that platform, gog's better.
I made a bit of research and did not find any mod nor secret setting that enables the controller for "Just Cause 1" (though both sequels support controllers natively). That's a pity, controller worked nicely back then on my Xbox, i don't understand why they did cut it from the pc release...
Was anyone able to get an Xbox controller to work with Just Cause 1?

Not yet, unfortunately. It seems the best way is to find the original controller setting for the Xbox version and then use a tool like JoyXOff to map the keys to the corresponding buttons/sticks. If there are not too many keys to bind, i think this is a good approach. Though i agree that native controller support would be greatly appreciated, so if anybody finds out, I'm still interested :)
