Hey there friends,
I'm trying to prep JP3 for a twitch stream, and I'm having trouble getting stable video quality. It's running in windowed mode with the 640X480 screen resolution option checked in the shortcut as an administrator. The opening cutscene with Arthur and 3 plays fine, the one with Dalton and the Comissioner and Gage grinds to a stuttery mess after the first second or so of the doors opening. I'm on win 10 pro version 2004 with ample resources to spare, but no idea how to get those videos to look good. Any thoughts at all would be much appreciated.
