I have two gamepad controllers: wireless xbox 360 and wired xbox one controller. None of them is detected by the game, even after reconnect and verfied as prefered controller on windows config.

Any advice?
I wish I could help, but all I can do is say that I have one wired 360 controller and it was immediately recognized and works fine. Best of luck to you!

Yes, I didn´t found any other people with the same problem. Let's hope somebody can give a clue.
If you haven't already done so, you might be better served by contacting the support team. You can do so HERE. Of course, be sure to provide information on any resolution you or the support team are able to discover in case anyone else runs into the same issue.
I too have my controller not recognised. Model is PV44 wireless. genesis-zone com/en/product/pv44-wireless-gamepad/
I have an Xbox One Third Generation Wireless Controller, and Jotun recognizes it just fine either via Bluetooth connection or via USB connection.
I have a Dualshock 4 and a Dualsense. Both work like a charm.

Running Manjaro Linux.
