The latter, I'm afraid. Too many bad actors putting on bad accents, although the lead at least seems to know what he's supposed to be doing, even if he can't always manage to do it. If you like adventure games and aren't *too* demanding, it's worth $6. It'll never be mistaken for a LucasArts, Sierra, or Revolution title, that's for sure.
