Same, but the size is 0.0. Iratus is packaged completely, and buying other things just "switches" it on.

For example, I just bought the expansion, and I didn't have to download anything, it was just turned on basically, guessing the skins are the same. It shouldn't be listed in Extras/Goodies, and there's nothing in offline backup installers, so who knows. Good luck explaining this to them and getting a response, but maybe you speak Russian.
