Hi,
Like most people I had the error when exit the game.
I also noticed I wasn't able to save the settings of the game, so I deleted the file "DAGamePrefs.ini", then I tried to save the settings, and when I exited the game : MIRACLE ! No error ! And the settings was saved (not the case before, with the error).
So you can try to delete the ini file for the settings.
Perhaps the original file is not readable or writtable (by the game), so the game crash when trying to save the settings. But when there is no file, the game must recreate it itself, so... ;-)
