GOG doesn't offer all the formatting options that Steam does, and our patch notes contain a lot of spoiler notes, so I'm linking to the latest Steam patch notes instead of posting them here:

I tried adding patch notes to the Galaxy client today, but couldn't find any documentation on how to do that, so I've contacted GOG support and hopefully we'll have those available soon.
