It's only 100 mB so that's why I ask.

(I know it says "audio" in the language description, but I find this a little vague.)

And what is if you download the german version for example? Will be still english audio?
Yes, this is the talkie edition and for German, there are only translated subtitles, the talkie edition wasn't released here at the time.

Just curious, does anyone know if Harrison Ford did the voice of Indiana Jones in this game? Or any of the Indiana Jones adventure games from LucasArts?

No, he was never used for any of the Indy games, too expensive, I guess.

Too bad considering Lucasfilm and LucasArts were both a part of the same company - good to know going into the game though.

He said he would only do voice-over work for Indiana Jones games if he felt they lived up to the movies, which aside from Fate of Atlantis...........you really can't blame him.

By the way, in some games they apparently used Harrison Ford's German dub speaker for the German speech samples...

But that happened only in "Emperors Tomb" if I'm not wrong. (a title which I want to see on gog.com!!)

In Infernal Machine in both languages english and german, the voice is another speaker, which sounds really Ford like.

The Speaker of Fate of Atlantis and Infernal Machine should be the same if I'm not wrong in english dub.

Emperor's Tomb really was a shame - it could have been such a great game but it was one of my biggest disappointments - never mind Ford's German voice

It was really a dissappoitment for you?
I am german, but I got Emperors Tomb from poland, where the game is english.
I didn't understood everything with my 9 or 10 years, nearly nothing from the story, but the game made still fun.
All this items that you could use in fights etc. The discovering feeling of indy was also there ands nice.

The Game used own good music but also the good indy theme.
Back then I played only Infernal Machine. I didn't knew Fate of Atlantis.
For me it was a good game. It was different to Infernal Machine, but that was ok.

But ok, everyone has a different taste and this is important. ;)

Hi,

The control stuff was so (!!!) dreadful (at least in my opinion). I hope that one of these days some people will use the good story and cutscene stuff and turn it into the game it should have been (provided of course Disney lets them...).

Cheers

Need to correct you on this one, for Infernal Machine (Turm von Babel) and Emperor's Tomb (Legende der Kaisergruft) they did indeed use Wolfgang Pampel, who is the offcial German voice-over actor for Harrison Ford.

Oh, and Staff of Kings as well...

So it's the official voice for both games...

My memorys are not good and the sound quality in infernal machine is not comparable with games from nowadays, but ... there was really Indys German Voice? Come on, I can't be that stupid not to remember it. o.O
