Hi, i've been trying to install the infernal machine, and that infernal thing won't install :P
Tried both through galaxy and through downloading the offline installer but i get the same thing every time.
The initial menu launcher pops up and i have "install" instead of play.
If i click on install it says that it can't find the setup.exe file.
And its true, it's nowhere to be seen. But supposedly Galaxy or the offline installer should have installed it?

Happened just after installation to me as well.
Try running it with administrator privileges (select appropriate box in the shortcut's compatibility section in properties). The launcher seems to think it's running from an installation disc when you run it in unprivileged mode and offers you to run the installer lol

You might wat to check to see where your computer is downloading the installer, and then check to see whta files are there. It might be trying to access another folder that was not created.

I typically keep all of my downloads in a file specifically marked for downloaded material. I then sometimes, not always, move installation files to a new location. If you're doing htat, then it might be causing some confustion for the computer as it tries to hunt around for the installation files.

What should have happened is that the installer should have just unpacked everythying, and then organize it and put everything in its right place for you. Typically GOG games are pretty good at that. If it didn't, then odds are you got a corrupt down load, and you might just try downloading the game again, and doing a "fresh" install to see if that works.
