Was there ever a fix for this? I don't ever recall there being an issue playing this game with AMD cards up until now. The solution that involves placing the atiumdag.dll file in the games directory only crashes the AMD display driver, and the game still will not start.

Just use latest dgVoodoo 2 wrapper.
Download it and unpack D3D8.dll, D3DImm.dll, DDraw.dll to Incoming's game root folder.

It helps for me.
