I had a trouble which the game didn't even start on my win8.1 lap top, but did uninstalling and reinstalling with different folder name which hasn't any blank, so the folder name was such as 'Force' not "Incoming(blank)Force'. After that, the game works and seems no issue.

Thanks for the Post. I did the same and suddenly Incoming works fine.
