When I tried starting the game on my system with a R9 390, the game didn't start with some error about needing a newer video card (obviously not actually the issue since the game was made well before the card). I was able to get it to work by opening the config.ini file in notepad, change the line IsFullscreen = 1 to IsFullscreen = 0, close notepad and start the game, change settings to max, close game and open the config again, and change back to IsFullscreen = 1 again. Not sure why this works and the change settings to max is just what I did, possibly it works just starting and quitting once without fullscreen or maybe it needs some settings change.

Edit: It crashed and gave the error again, but it was fixed by setting IsFullscreen to 0 and then 1 again. This time I copied the config file and it didn't change when starting windowed, so whatever that is doing is not in config.ini.
