Thiev: I suppose it's more like some hidden tablet / touchscreen mode that is auto-detected.
We'll confirm it and notify the dev.
Notify them we need a way to delete saves too.

this android port is really not good on PC, I thought it was bad on a tablet, this is even worse.

Probably because it's actually a lazy PC port of the mobile version. I suspect that's also why a lot of the keyboard controls don't actually work.

yeah, it works better from the google play store and it doesn't work completely from there either..
half the cost though..

so we get to pay double for the nothing that they did..
i have this problem also but i am not going to uninstall my wacom drviers - i use my wacom all the time as part of my work - so i would like a different option please. i know that is does not need to be like this

I have IG2 on cd and when i use that version, the mouse stays on screen - i got the gog.com version because i dont like having to change cds or keep cds in my drive , and also because i like to support gog.com when they release good old games
I'm having the same issue, the game gets to the main menu without a problem but I can't interact or anything with mouse (no pointer) or keyboard.

I do have a tablet and I have tried with it disconnected but still no joy.

Not sure on whether to get a refund or wait and hope that the patch hits GOG.
Hello,

As some of you have guessed, this had to do with touch support, which was removed from the desktop versions in the last patch (on Steam). I always build patches for the GOG version in parallel, so they'll definitely show up.
oh cool - so it is just now that we are waiting for GOG.COM to post the update?
Same problem here...
But I solved this just unplugging the usb of the touch device, in my case, a Wacom Bamboo.
Yeah I have a Wacom too. Some $300 model, I forget.

MIGHT BE WHY I HAVE NO CURSOR I DUNNO, so I guess I'll wait for a patch.
Can you any one of you try the latest version of the game and see if it fixes the issue?

I re enabled my touch screen and updated, opened up and ran fine.
I can't find anything to gripe about..

well..

actually, the original problem wasn't really a problem, it was good to find out i could disable my touchscreen.. am going to again now.

thanks.

seems like most of it was over the stylus and pad so many seem to be using, but it should essentially be the same realistically as a touch screen, as far as causing problems in the same way and for the same reason, right?

if so it should be good now, the pause and speed key repairs are welcome too.
