4.14.3 seems to be the final version of the game, but this happens too frequently with GOG titles, which is why though my first choice is always to buy through GOG I am often hesitant to do so with new games and follow the track record for updates for games I'm interested in.

That said, even if you buy directly from the developer it comes as patch 4.12 (making the GOG one actually more recent out of the box) and the very link you shared should have directions to update the patch. Many people prefer the 4.12 version as there is a megamod BAT that is not compatible with more recent versions.
