Never had the problem before but here it is and the solution is also here for you:
In Polish version some character voices were missing on char creation, dunno about in-game because fixing it prevented me from rolling a party for the time being. The solution is simple in game folder, voices are stored in /Sounds/<voice name>, to fix the problem remove all special letters from it so for instance turn:
/Sounds/Mężsczyzna_Mag_1
into
/Sounds/Mezszczyzna_Mag_1
Then it will work perfectly. Also I don't have time for checking this, but if someone does - please check if Russian and German versions don't suffer from similar problem.
