in the second part of the game I can't use items in my inventory without it glitching or crashing. I've run it through the different video modes and fullscreen and windowed and I get the same results. When I use the summon item with something else the disk icon blinks, any action that is highlighted stays highlighted, and after afew seconds the game locks up completely before shortly closing itself. I was hoping tinkering with video options would at least change something but it doesn't seem to affect the problem.

I'm running windows 7.

Okay fixed it, kinda.

Turns out for that section you actually don't use one thing with another thing in your inventory.
