Here are some of tested and suggested mods for IGI 2 - Covert Strike. If you have more that you'd like to share here is the exact place. Note. It is better to test each mod with gog installer first before you add new one to this topic.
1. IGI 2 v1.1 Patch (Nordic)
First official upgrade for IGI 2 introducing -Jungle Warfare-. Nordic Version.

After installing both patches, the game asks for a CD when you try to start it :(

Oww... We've tested it inside gog and it worked fine.
We'll check it one more time and give you an update.
