Encountering a really strange issue here; I have both the GOG and Steam versions of Horizon: Zero Dawn, and the GOG version will load the initial loading screen and then immediately crash, whereas the Steam version loads without any problems on the same machine.
Do we know where the log files that are created are stored, or if there are any weird quirks with the GOG version that would cause an issue like this? I would like to play DRM free given the choice lol

My GOG version of Horizon Zero wont boot either...really upsetting.
Same here, game was working fine when I last played it, something is wrong now, right after it boots get a message error. it's been just a couple of months since I last played it I believe.
Same here. I've completely given up on GoG's version and bought it on Steam. And what a shock it works perfectly. So cause of it I won't bother and wait for GoG's version of Forbiden West and just went and bought HFW right away on Steam too.
