scrubking: Really?
It does seem a bit high for a 3 year old game. $30, I would have insta-bought. $40 maybe. $50 ... no, I'll wait for a sale. It's bound to come down a bit in January.
check other ex ps4 exclusive. sony think, they can charge everything.
i will skip hzd, tho. 25€ max for me
Well, it is also $50 on Steam, so I wouldn't expect it to be less than that, although was hoping. I'm sure Sony drove the price point.

I wasn't sure what the GOG launch day price would be but was hoping at least for a "launch day discount" or something.

I'm curious when this will go on sale though. Steam has a "Black Friday" sale starting tomorrow. If it goes on sale on Steam, hopefully on GOG too. Otherwise the next time would be Winter sale in December. At least GOG has 30 day money back guarantee, but because of that, I'm sure it won't drop in price for at least a few more months.
To play Devil's advocate, if it's visually enhanced and up to par with current tech, and the quests/scripting/voice acting is as good as some claim, why would it be worth less?
At least it's cheaper than I paid, back in the days (70 EUR... yeah, being an European is fun.... you pay 10 EUR / 10 USD more because of the rate exchange...).
Only one question : do we get the same updates as on Steam or will the studio treat GOG .. like "third world" video games players ??
We had to wait but .. we didn't get all the troubles - day one - on the steam Version.....

A good open world with a nice graphics, good music and overall good story. You have a lot to do, even if it's repetitive in the end.....

I was looking forward to this release on GOG and thought like most releases, like A plague Tale Innocence or Bioshock, that it would have a discount on release date on here. Guess not. Not gonna pay $50 either, it sells for $10 on PS4 during the holiday season. guess I'll have to keep waiting to play this. $20-$30 would've been at least a lot better.

It's the same price as on Steam and Epic and yes ... it's too high.

I bought it on PS4 CD for 20€, but during sales it's available cheaper.

I may havbe bought it instantly anyway if I didn't already own the PS4 version. But paying more than double just to be able to play it (again) on PC ... nah.

Just put 1 star review. Let them know!
I would like to play this game but like so many of you said, the price is too high.
My price would be 30 euros or less.
Actually even less, like 25 euros.

They've made a really bad launch on PC.
So even if all these bugs are fixed now, if they really are, you just can't ask gamers to pay this high price for a game which is 3 yrs old.

Companies need to know their standards and understand that even though we as gamers might have a weak for some games but we need to keep it realistic guys.
We are not milking cows.

Peace out!
It's not hard to read between the lines of various posts that a lot of gamers are either unemployed or too young to have purchasing funds. The GOG version includes the newest patch 1.08. Any new patches will automatically be added to your owned games list. Maybe steam does this but for some reason, steam gamers have far too many problems with their steam games.

Well, that's what you pay for the 'priviledge' of being offline, not tracked and being able to share with friends.

It's $75 here is Australia so it can wait.
I'm somewhat at the end of the "tutorial map" if you can call it that, and I have to say that so far I see nothing in the game that would not make it worth full price.

It's one of the few titles since Witcher 3 that really seems (so far) a complete package of story, visuals, gameplay and usability.

So yeah, while I understand the argument that it "isn't new", it definitley has the entertainment value of a brand new release.

Suggestings like above to "share" from a friend, I can only shake my head at. Even if it's Sony...
