I had to make one additional change via regedit to get Emergence to display properly on my PC at 1920x1080. With the above fixes my game was not centered and half of the window was not visible past the bottom edge of the screen.

In regedit I also had to change "glToSelect" from "3dfx\WinNT\opengl32.dll" to "opengl32.dll". This seemed to solve the game centering issue.

I had issues with blurry text as well and changing screen resolution from "By app" to "By desktop" seemed to fix that problem (in the nGlide configurator).
