I just bought the GOG version of HMB and transferred over this .ini file from my steam copy of the game that fixed the widescreen FOV issue the game has. It seems to have no effect on the GOG copy, as the game retains that cropped 16:9 look. Has anyone else had this issue? And if you have, do you know if there's a fix for it? All help is appreciated.

Edit: I mucked around a bit more and realised I needed to transfer over 2 additional .dll files (h4w.dll and d3d9.dll) as well as the h4.ini file for the widescreen fix to work. However, the game doesn't launch through the GOG Galaxy launcher (it crashes on start-up), and I can only launch it from the HitmanBloodMoney.exe file from the game folder. Does anyone know how to make the game launch in the GOG launcher whilst retaining the widescreen fix?

The widescreen FOV fix works, but it seems to have trouble with non-Steam overlays. Disable the GOG Galaxy overlay for the game. If you have other software, like Discord, that draw overlays, disable those overlays as well.
