In general I am happy with GOG releases.
I am a little miffed this time that this edition is the old one lacking 3dfx support, which I was expecting; they should have mentione dit was only the software version.
On the other hand I am aware that the 3dfx version is very difficult to run on m9odern computer.
IS there any way to add 3dfx to this version?

You could try downloading the 3dfx patch from somewhere and apply it yourself, the 3dfx version has to be run in Windows though.
I got it working after trying several glidewrappers (I think Zeckensacks) but it was too slow to play, especially when near airfields.
