I did manage to change the fps lock value yesterday from 60 to 120 but i want to put it at around 80 to solve screen lag issues but i can't seem to find that file anymore..anyone knows the path location or filename ? Please let me know

According to PC Gaming Wiki it's GameUserSettings.ini

It should be on Users\YourName\AppData\Local\HellbladeGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

And edit this line: FrameRateLimit=0.000000

And edit this line: FrameRateLimit=0.000000
Thank You found it. Btw AppData Folder was hidden by default and had to check show hidden files in file explorer.
