I have tried to get solon heritage to play single player skirmish with AI but it constantly states, "everyone must be ready" when I try to click start. I have tried going down to a mere two players and it still has that message. I have triple checked the manual included and still I have the same problem. If anyone can give step by step directions to playing a solo skirmish it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.

It seems it was a glitch that lasted through two installations, don't know why. As soon as I booted it up this most recent installation it worked. Thanks for the help. I'm going to mark this as solved as I think this problem was just due to my screwy computer. dirtbag007- I did do that after you said it but it still didn't work until I uninstalled/reinstalled. Weirdly enough the integrity check didn't find anything wrong with the previous installations.

Having the same issue on Win 7 x64. In fact the whole menu looks strange. Instead of the selection it just shows the category name.
