Hello!

As per request from Fun Box, we are sadly forced to remove Guilty Gear X2 Reload from active sales as of today, 4:00PM GMT. This is caused by legal dispute between the owners of the rights to the game.

We sincerely hope that we'll be able to re-introduce Guilty Gear X2 Reload to GOG.com catalog soon.

If you have purchased the game earlier, you'll still be able to download the files off your virtual shelf.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

EDIT:

Seems like the same applies to Guilty Gear Isuka, now. :-(

Guilty Gear Isuka, however, remains unaffected.

So why is it missing from my shelf? You got a bug there to fix. ;)

Other than that, a terrible loss. :(

Why not announce important news like this on the front page and inform people before hand? Twitter/Facebook and the game sub forums really aren't appropriate for such important news because all you're doing is denying people a last chance to buy it.
Damn it ! X2 Reload is one of the best of the series...
Fortunately I've it in my shelf, but it's always sad to see good games disappeared.
*sigh*

Off to update the wiki...

This. As always. It´s not hard create a blog or something, y´know...
Looks like we're starting to see the results of a digital future... and there are people who want this?

When they are requested to remove a game immedietely there's no way to give people last chance to buy it.
I'm so happy that I already have it. That's a huge loss considering there aren't many good fighting games on GOG to begin with.

Maybe not but these things are usually pretty obvious when it comes to impending license changes, publisher changes etc. Not hard to predict on GOG's part if they kept an eye on their Publishers and then they could at least warn of the possibility and run a disclaimer that it's just a potential loss.
