I'm setting up a new pc to send to my daughter, who lives in another state. I've installed Grim Fandango under Galaxy. If I hit "Play" to make sure it is working, is there anything I should do to reset things so she gets a fresh "out of the box" experience? I don't want her to miss any intro videos or whatever.

I don't think you really need to do anything, anyway the game's configuration files and save data are located in %APPDATA%\Doublefine\GrimFandango\: deleting that directory should be enough to reset the installation.
