Message from support:

"Please try these troubleshooting steps. Hopefully one of them will fix the issue with the game.

1. Please make sure that you use "Run as Administrator" to install and to start the game (right-click on the shortcut or setup file and select "Run as Administrator").

If you are using GOG GALAXY, please start the program, select the game, press MORE -> Manage Installation -> Show Folder. In a new window, please right-click on Launch <game-title> and select: Run as Administrator.

2. Please disconnect all input devices (controllers, graphics tablets, etc.) with exception of keyboard, and mouse. If you are using x360CE, vJoy, or any other virtual input devices, then please disconnect/disable them as well.

3. Try disabling the Enhance pointer precision option. To do this, please follow these steps:

Press WinKey+R, and in the Run window type:
control
After that press Ok, and navigate to Mouse -> Pointer Options, then make sure that Enhance pointer precision is unchecked, and click OK.

4. Delete the current created config files on the hard-drive and after that, run 1 time the launcher to use / save the "default" settings. After that start the game again, and check if the issue still persists.

The files can be find here: [Drive]:\Users\[User_name]\Documents\Giana Sisters - Twisted Dreams\. You can delete all files except "Progress.dat" because this files contains your savegame / game progress."
