Hi :) I already have the game and I've spent some time playing it. I do really like it. But when I've watched LPs on youtube, everyone seems to do the same thing (at least for the videos I've seen), and go sniper and they all know what to do at all the right points. So, is this game actually tactical where you can make different decisions each time where one isn't necessarily the best, or is there always one particular way that you're supposed to accomplish the mission?

Yes most people including myself go sniper. Partly because a sniper is the best way to play solo while you direct the other two teams around tactily to complete your missions.

But it still is the best tactical SP shooter ever made, for me at least.

This is the best "open-leveled" tactical game out there. However, for close quarters tactical gameplay, you can't beat Rogue Spear and its expansions.
