Hallo GoG.Freunde,

leider habe ich wenn ich den Galaxy Client starte aktuell immer die Melden "Nicht verbunden" es besteht keine Verbindung zu gog.com

Ich kann neustarten wie ich will, auf Verbinden klicken, es passiert nichts.
Habt Ihr diese Probleme auch oder eine Idee wie man diese beheben kann ?

in dem Post ist leider keinerlei Lösung drin.
Die Firewalls habe ich ebenfalls deaktiviert, ohne Erfolg.
Auch der GoG Downloader geht nicht... :(

Was für eine Firewall benutzt du (Windows Firewall oder eine Softwarelösung)? Vielleicht hast du auch in deinem Router eine zu "strenge" Einstellung gewählt.
Kannst du direkt im Browser Sachen von GOG herunterladen (Konto - Bibliothek -Spiel)?
Weiter oben im meinem verlinkten Beitrag stand was von einem Bericht. Kannst du das mal machen und den Bericht hier posten. Ich werde vermutlich damit nichts anfangen können, aber vielleicht jemand anderes hier.

Als erstes bitte mal die logs leeren (entweder loeschen oder manual alles leeren)
Die Logs findest du hier:

On Windows Vista or later: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
On Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs

Danach Galaxy starten und ca 20 Sekunden laufen lassen, GOG schliessen und dann die Logs mir bitte zur Verfuegung stellen ;)

da sind 3 Log files
ClientHelper.log
CommunicationService.log
CommunicationServiceInstallation.log

Und noch Infos wie OS, Firewall, Antivirus waere auch hilfreich ;)

Das Log "CommunicationServiceInstallation" habe ich nicht.

Betriebssystem Windows 10, Antivirus ist Avira.

Soweit Ich sehen kann, startet Galaxy soweit korrekt, jetzt fehlt mir leider das letzte Log um diesen Fehler zu vergleichen ;)

ich habe das Problem, dass ich keinen Plan habe wie ich The Wichter 3 - Heat of Stone installieren soll.
War im Internet auf der Seite "GOG.com/redeem" und habe dort den Code eingelöst. Daraufhin habe ich einen neuen Code per Mail bekommen. So. Und nu? Deswegen ist es ja nicht installiert? Da fehlt doch noch der zweite Code aus der Mail den ich irgendwo eingeben muss.. bloß wo?!.
Wenn ich das Spiel anklicke geht ja automatisch der eigene GOG Account auf, aber verbinden tut der nur so.. halb?.. da steht zwar auf nem grünen Button "play" und es funktioniert ja auch aber alles darunter hat nen blauen Button mit "Connect". Also was mach ich nun mit dem zweiten Code aus der Mail? Und wie bekomm ich das installiert?
