Sorry, but the Pinatas are total crap. From the Pinata FAQ:

What can I get in my Piñata?
You are guaranteed a game worth anywhere between $5.99 and $44.99.
Piñatas are randomly drawn from a pool of hand-picked games, each a full and standalone title – that means no DLC, soundtracks, or other non-game content.

GUARANTEED a game worth anywhere between $5.99 and $44.99. Hah. I got "Shadowrun Returns" which is currently at discount for $2.99, so I paid MORE than the game is currently worth. Where is the guarantee NOW? Picking a game that's worth LESS than the price for a pinanta when a game that's worth MORE than the price for a pinanta is GUARANTEED, is next to fraud.

Scheint noch ein wenig verbugged zu sein das Ganze. Meine Pinata taucht nirgends auf, selbst 4 Stunden nach dem Kauf nicht.
Naja, lassen wir uns mal überraschen, ansonsten ... die Mädels und Jungs vom Kundendienst wollen ja sicher auch was zu tun haben ^^

Since you are from Germany: Both the Pinata and the game Shadowrun returns are shown as 2,69€ for me - so you didn't actually pay more for the Pinata than you would have payd for the game (still, bad luck - I consider myself lucky with Kyn and Cossacks 3 - both of which were on my wishlist) Wenn du das noch nicht versucht hast: Ruf GOG über den Browser auf, dort wurden meine Pinatas sofort angezeigt (über Galaxy gekauft hatte ich das gleiche Problem).

Warum in Englisch ?

Aus den FAQ: "Um es kurz zu machen: Jede Piñata kostet 2,69 Euro und enthält ein zufälliges Spiel im Wert von 5,39 Euro bis 45,99 Euro (Basispreis ohne Rabatt) – es lohnt sich also!"

Soll ich das noch kommentieren?

Weil ich, trotz deutscher Spracheinstellung, zuerst auf einer englischen Seite gelandet war, wie auch immer, und dann dachte "Auch gut, Englisch kannste ja auch...".

Da bei mir die Währung aber schon immer auf $ eingestellt war, wurden mir tatsächlich $3.00 für die Pinata berechnet, während das Spiel aktuell $2.99 kostet und das alles bei einem garantierten Wert des Spiels von $5.99. Also auch wenn man sagen würde "Auf den einen Cent kommt es ja nicht so an." ist die Garantie für den Müll.

Was ich mich ja frage:

Kann ich mir die Pinata zurückerstatten lassen, wenn ich erkläre, dass ich das Spiel schon auf Steam besitze?

Bei einer Bibliothek von 300+ Spielen auf Steam traue ich mich nicht so recht mir da ne Pinata zu holen.

Wiedersprüchliche Angaben machen es nicht besser, nur verwirrender. :-( Und enttäuschend ist es auch sich auf was besonderes zu freuen und im Endeffekt was zu kriegen, was man genauso günstig auch einfach direkt hätte kaufen können. Was macht es denn für einen Sinn so eine Aktion zu starten, und dann was reinzupacken, was im Moment eh so weit reduziert ist, dass es keinen Unterschied macht? Ich denke nicht. Du wirst nur "Vorgewarnt" vor dem Kauf, wenn du alle aktuell ausgewählten Spiele auf GOG schon besitzt.

Ich hatte mir drei Piñatas gekauft und bekam:

- Imperium Galactica
- SOMA
- Saints Row: Gat out of Hell

Die ersten beiden waren auf meiner Wunschliste und finde, es hat sich gelohnt.

Ansonsten joa wie immer der Tipp für alle nur "spielen" wenn man das als Spiel / Rummellotterie sieht und sich vllt. auch über nen exotisches Spiel freut und nicht damit rechnen Titel xyz direkt zu kriegen

Wie hast du es überhaupt geschafft, sie über Galaxy zu kaufen? Bei mir verschwinden sie sofort aus den Korb in Galaxy. Du kannst solange von deinen Widerrufsrecht gebraucht machen, solange du sie noch nicht gedownloaded hast. Wieviele Spiele du auf Steam hast, ist doch egal. Ich werde Spiele ohne deutsche Version zurückgeben.

Diese Warnung existiert bei Pinatas nicht.

Ging bei mir auch im Browser ohne probleme, im galaxy client nicht wirklich. hab 2.69 für die pinata gezahlt und Grim Fandango (2.79) bekommen ^^ 10 Cent gespart und tatsächlich ein Spiel von der Wunschliste :D

Hab einen über Galaxy und einen über den Browser gekauft. Beide noch nicht da trotz zahlung.
