I am now forced to use my cell phones, USB tethered, as my internet connection. It's slow to the point of being painfully so. There are also a lot of network interruptions. Every time the network gets interrupted, there is about 40-50% chance the entire download just restarts from 0.

Because of this issue, I am unable to download anything. Not as an install, not as an update and not by downloading the offline installers. The downloads keep resetting.

If I can't download the games I paid for, I want a refund on all of them. Before I had to change my provider to ultracrappy.Verizon.com, I had a full install of cyberpunk. Galaxy corrupted the update, which corrupted my install and now I can't even download the installer.

Set up a torrent download for us, or something. A downloader that will actually work. Galaxy is completely useless and it has been months of me trying to get anywhere with your joke of tech support. That automated chat bitch you use, keeps running in useless circles and NEVER provides anything useful! This is a disgrace and I think, as much as I despise Steam, I may have to stick with buying form them only. At least with Steam, I can download my games.

Yours truly,
The owner of many games I can't download!

• The chatbot should prompt you for info to create a support ticket, if you repeatedly say the suggestion wasn't helpful.
• You can bypass the chatbot altogether with a user style (requires a desktop browser and the Stylus add-on).
• Supposedly you can directly e-mail support (at) gog (dot) com though I've never tried this myself.

It's unlikely to yield better results, but be sure to also try downloading from your library using a web browser, or a download manager.
