It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

There are at least two ways to show the installed games visible. One is already explained, it is used to show the games marked as installed in a General view. The other is the default bookmark visible by default in the left bar. The third in the list (Recent, Owned, Installed)

Galaxy is highly configurable to organize and create lists. Via filters, tags, bookmarks at the left menu or a mix of all.

yeah i've heard that galaxy 2.0 is configurable. but i configure and mod my games. not my game launchers. I do not want to waste 30 to 45 minutes, or more for truely large collections, tagging every game i know for example. And that assumes you even know where the tag feature lives.

I currently use the 1.2 client because when i tried the 2.0 client i couldn't find anything. Least of all these options for configyring 2.0. I have never once used tags or filters or bookmarks in either the 1.2 client nor the website so when i wasd forced to transition to a client that required the use of these things to make it useable i was utterly lost.

And the thing is why aren't some of these features turned on by default. Obviously the default indicator to show which games are installed or not is not a good indicator or the original post for this topic would not have existed. And the main suggestion was basically
"waste time to configure the client to do something that other clients including the previous version of this very client do more adequatley by default."

And the question i have to ask is. why is it the end users bloody responsibility to make GOG's product new launcher useable?
