Veritas.Deus: %localappdata%\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed\

%programdata%\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage\plugins\
That's the thing! Worked now.
I followed all the steps and removed from programdata and localappdata but it still isn't connecting. Even tried to disable steam guard. Any ideas?

Tried the mentioned solution on my desktop PC. It didn't at first, but finally made it work.
What did the trick was deleting the folder on my laptop too.
Apparently, you can only link accounts on one computer at a time?.

Having the same problem for over a week now. I've been using gog galaxy on my desktop and laptop for at least a year and it has been working flawlessly before the problems started. So there did not use to be a restriction to one computer at a time. I hope that has not changed.
For me help this (script windows.zip v0.53):

github.com/FriendsOfGalaxy/galaxy-integration-steam/releases

1. disconnect the Steam integration plugin in setting GOG Galaxy 2.0
2. Close GOG Galaxy
3. Simply update script in
%localappdata%\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed\steam_****
Folder not necessary delete, only remove content to another place, then update from archive
4. Run GOG Galaxy 2.0
5. Connect Steam integration (need code from Steam Guard, Steam sending this to your email)

This working.

It works!
Thank you

Edit: No, it doesn't even with the version 0.54!
After reboot I always need to disconnect Steam plugin, reconnect and restart GOG galaxy to get it working. :-(

I've tried all of the solutions here but nothing works. I have a newest steam plugin and newest Galaxy. It's always offline.
I likewise have thoroughly scoured this thread and tried all of the solutions found therein. None work for longer than a day or two when the plugin becomes stuck "offline" again. Completely removing the plugin and reconnecting will work every time, but again, only for a little bit. Regretably I can't continue to use GOG 2.0 unitl this is fixed. I have patiently dealt with this issue for many months now, and constnatly spend more time struggling with the app than I do enjoying it's many perks. I really hope this gets addressed soon. :(

Same for me. I'm very disappointed about this situation and the lack of a definitive solution...
Having the same issue. A 1st party steam integration would be ideal.

My own solution is using Playnite… sometimes I open GOG2 just to see if the problem was solved and have it sync some libraries… not yet, I guess.
I don't know what they did different, but Steam integration there is steady as a rock.
Same problem here. I've tried all the solutions, thought it might be Steam Guard related, so turned that off temporarily and still.... OFFLINE
Same problem here.
Steam integration is the main selling point, but GOG Galaxy does not stay connected. :(

Sad to see this is an ongoing issue. GOG Galaxy was a really great solution for library management.
