Interesting that people are saying that with Windows 7 it works but not with Windows 10. I wonder what could be holding Windows 10 back?

I'm now having the same problem too. I used to be connected to PSN just fine. Noticed it wasn't syncing today, so I disconnected, and now it won't let me connect back. Also just trying to add The Witcher 3.

dddkram: hey guys are u all using winodws 10 ? on my main PC i am and i was having the same problem (kept getting connection timed out even if i put a fake email and password), so i grabbed my old laptop which uses windows 7 SP1 and it worked right away first time, not sure why or how but it worked for me, if anyone else can test this it would be nice to know :)
it's definitely a Windows 10 issue, works like a charms on my Mac... even with 2FA active.

Same here. Just submitted a request on Customer Support. Hopefully they can help resolve.. Literally downloaded this just to get the Witcher.

well since its working on different OS's and just not Windows 10 maybe people should make a virtualbox and run linux or a earlier version of windows (if you own one) to get the game.
