Taricus: What error code are you guys getting with the downloads? I've had an issue with game updates on a mature install and it comes up with an E9 failure code. Looking that up, it seems like there's an issue with the servers
Also here with the E9 failure code. Can't update, can't install. Seems to be an issue with GOG as far as I can tell (DNS is set to 8.8.8.8, IP6 is disabled). Never had an issue previously

Same thing happening here, can't install any of my games on GoG, none of the fixes work.

More feedback: no way to download any game, nor update or verify installed games. Always the same E9 error.

EDIT: also sent a support ticket.

Got the same Problem, it seems like there is nothing to do but to wait until GOG resolve this Problem.

Same issue here, hasn't worked for me from around 7 am. (+2 gmt) E9 error code

UPDATE: in case someone hasn't seen it, GOG posted an update on twitter and the problem is indeed on the server's side.

"Due to our storage and CDN provider's outage, we are encountering technical issues that may cause difficulties in downloading and updating your games both through the GOG GALAXY client and GOG Store. Downloaded files are in no way affected.

We are trying to mitigate this external problem by switching to our secondary storage while our provider is restoring data. We will update you as soon as this is resolved. Apologies for any inconveniences caused."

This is what happens when you rely on third-party services. I think CDPR has already made enough millions of dollars to be able to afford their own CDN.

Hello i wanted to dowland witcher 3. E9 error code. Even on the website the offline instalators have only 6 wroking files from 8 parts. Part 5 and 6 doesn't exist 404 error. On the begining the dowland was getting stuck and now i can't dowalnad anything.

I can't believe in 2023 a modern company takes this long to fix tech issues. I ain't buying it. Something else is going on.

I'm trying to download the game since yesterday and it always hangs the download at 20% and it's stuck there or the download speed is the lowest possible
