Yeah, I wonder why they even bothered with a beta test at this point. There is no communication whatsoever. No planned features, no roadmap, no announcements, no dev blog, no bug tracking system I could find, no answer on the forums.

The best I saw was someone developing the Twitch community plugin answering a question on Github. Wow!

It's just a beta, not a test.
There is a bug tracker, at least. It's a bit hard to find, but it's here:

Matthew94: It's been over a month since the last update. I'd assumed there would be more frequent updates given that it's beta software and so many features from Galaxy 1.0 are missing.

I'm seriously considering uninstalling 2.0 as it's missing so many features compared to 1.0.
We're working hard to release a new update next week, but I can't promise any date. :) We're aware of missing essential features from Galaxy 1.2, and they're on our roadmap towards open beta and launch.

Actually our community is very involved (I appreciate this from day 1 of working at GOG), and there are 21 community integrations available. One contributor gathered them all here: https://github.com/Mixaill/awesome-gog-galaxy

There is a community nit on these firum for the beta?

Why not linking it here?
Instead of leaving thousands of user in the dark.
Seems quite obvious choice.

Thank you for your kind answer. I am aware of the github plugins repo, (event if I had to search hard in order to find it and the instructions to install them.)

I am not saying there is no involvement at all from the community, but developing a plugin in python should not be the prerequisite to get information about the state of the beta. It's rather restricted to a very particular subgroup of beta testers who are learned enough to even know about Github. Please consider having a way to share information that's not hidden in technical threads made by devs and for devs.

We are not all programmers or sysadmins here. :-P

Thanks a lot for your message!
We really need more of this, more GOG replies here!

Sometimes it feels a bit lonely with lots of posts and no official replies or anything...

Keep up the good work!

Hope to be invite soon and be able to see the new updates!

Thanks for the update, it's good to know there's an update on the horizon.
