The game is "Sengoku: Way of the Warrior" a Grand Strategy from 2011 by Paradox Development Studio

But the page of the game on Galaxy 2.0 has data of "Sengoku Densho" a Beat 'em up from 1991 by SNK

Apparently the solution is pretty simple

GOG is using data from IGDB.com

An admin can change the source to collect the right data

Although it's not ideal you can change the name and date of any game by editing it. You can't change the publisher or the description though.
