How are you able to actually CONTACT these people?
You have no reason to contact support, as I'll explain below. But for future reference, you tell the chatbot your issue is of type "other" twice. See the bottom of my complaint post

I purchased and was invoiced for SKYRIM: Anniversary Edition. They put SKYRIM: Special Edition into my account I've been charged $19.99 for a $9,99 edition.
The library will always display the base game title, which in this case is Special Edition. The Anniversary Edition is the base game + Anniversary Upgrade DLC. Look at your list of files available for download and you should see the DLC installer there.
