It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

For historical reasons, Windows is installed on W: on my computer, and I normally don't have anything mapped to C:. Galaxy 2.0 installer crashes immediately on startup if there's no C: present:

GOG_Galaxy_2.0 (1).exe caused an Unknown [0xC0000409] Exception at location 0000000000457DA3 in module GOG_Galaxy_2.0 (1).exe.

If C: is present, the installer creates a log file in C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs\InstallerBootstrapper.log . Galaxy 2.0 itself seems to run fine without C:.
