SpiderJ95: Here are some things I noticed/want added:

- Right now, 150+ games are not showing up through Steam integration. Titles range from smaller indies (i.e. Celestial Hacker Girl Jessica), higher profile indies (i.e. Return of the Obra Dinn, FTL, Don't Starve), to somewhat older AAA (i.e. Enslaved, LA Noire, Resident Evil titles). Also, a couple of the games not showing up are demos (there is one that's showing) and betas/early access titles through Steam.

- Wish there was custom list-making already, basically will be the prime reason I'll be using this haha.

- As others have noticed, duplicates in the "All Games" page is a problem. When they're dealt with, having a game page with all the platforms you own the game on would be nice so you wouldn't have to search through your platforms on the main page.

- Some organization is weird compared to Steam. For example, A Story About My Uncle is listed under A instead of S, The Darkness II is under T instead of D, etc.

- Some DLC for games are being listed as their own titles. Examples I've seen are A Hat in Time's Seal the Deal DLC and costumes/relic packs for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2.

- Twitch and Discord integration would be much appreciated. Manually adding games would also be great.

slamdunk: I have had some similar problems as you.

It was actually some GOG games did not show up at first, which is kind of surprising. I recommend you list what you can within reason with the Feedback option. Coincidental maybe, but the games I spotted as having been missing got resolved after my email.

The naming was inconsistant as well, both within GOG's internal listings, and listings where I had doubles, such as SimCity™ 2000 Special Edition on GOG vs. SimCity 2000™ Special Edition on Origin. The metatags on both games are different, as well. I doubt this being GOG's fault.

Taking away the tm's and (c)'s in the titles brought me great joy, however, and I will absolutely be using Galaxy 2.0 for my organizational needs. Many "<videogame>, The" 's became "The <videogame>" 's because that's how I roll. Also many colons are there where there were hyphens, and franchises are getting neatly organized (will improve with advanced tagging) and roman numerals are number numbers. This is very inelegant but it makes more sense to stupid old me. Sold! as and aside, I've love a combined search option to sort for Franchise + Release Date at the same time. a combined search for Developer or Publisher + Release Date would be pretty choice as well.

I have Lisa: The Painful and Lisa: The Joyful DLC on Steam and they were listed as two different games.

ok, that's all I can think of
You're not alone, I've also got Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 listed three times, Cities: Skylines DLC being separated out, and the Test Servers for PUBG/R6 appearing as different entities then the base game.
Signed up right around the time this was announced.

Would have loved to be in the beta :(
OK, here we go:

- games are listed as duplicates for every platform (e.g. I've got Oxenfree on GOG, Steam and EGS so it appears three times!), would it be possible to make one entry, and then on game's page decide what platform to use?
- is there any GOG download manager page? If there is I couldn't find it, and I would love there to be one,
- is GOG wishlist somewhere to be found?
- will there be a profile page?
- will Galaxy count play time for platforms like Epic?
- could you make backgrounds (somehow) more interesting than blurry mess?
- could you change naming order so it starts with actual title and not 'A' or 'The'?
- selecting more than one game to add tags would be appreciated,
- button redirecting to store (or stores if available on more than one platform) on game's page,
- ability to add/rearrange categories/tags on the left side,
- what about missing/not adjusted covers in grid view, are you gonna fix it?

bugs:

- Overgrowth was listed as installed (and there was Play button instead of Install) even tho it wasn't, to remove it from installed category I had to actually install it and then remove it
- achievements (Steam) do not unlock in 'Activity' and 'My progress' page
- achievements number does not match the Steam one
- GTA Trilogy (III, Vice City and San Andreas) are duplicated for some reason
- Psychonauts demo/A Hat in Time DLC listed as separate game

+
- Many duplicates, some are from same platform (manual merge please).
- Got system shock 2 on steam, but can't install on macos (steam version support macos)
- Missing ability to add games not connected to any platform, for example Fallout New Vegas Wine-fied on macos.
- There should be a "Bookmarked" list.

oh ya, heads up:

you should def make GOG Galaxy 1.2 still available for download after the release of GOG Galaxy 2.0

there WILL be people who want to downgrade
I just got my invite email to 2.0. I downloaded the GOG_Galaxy_2.0.exe file, run it and it downloads 225MB, then fails and says "Something went wrong. Please try to download the installer again. If the problem persists contact support.gog.com".

Yep same problem here :(

For those still waiting for their invite, be patient. I signed up on the first day, and only got invite today.

Same here. Only got my invite today. Tried installing and got the same error.

I was curious if uninstalling the old Galaxy 1.2 would resolve it, but a friend who was able to install the 2.0 beta successfully didn't need to uninstall.

edit: Found the solution. It looks like you have to completely exit GOG Galaxy (even if it's running on the taskbar) to install it successfully.

Installed 2.0 like a week ago without any problem and I didn't need to uninstall 1.2.
Can't access though because I'm still waiting for my invitation x)

Just wondering what time did you guys sign up?
I was 1 day late and I'm wondering how many hours there are in front of me :'D

I downloaded it, installatoin with no issues and now I sterted to sync with my accounts. I logged in to goc, then added steam, and when added uplay whole steam library dissapeared limiting my all games list just to gog and Uplay
