hello

i'm a french user of gog galaxy 2.0 . it would seem that the application does not automatically synchronize game saves to the cloud .
For example , Playing the witcher 3 : I have the following message : impossible to synchronize , please try again later. However the option is active in the game properties.

GOG GALAXY 2.0 now is very stable!! Thank you very much.
Hi. GOG Galaxy calls home every second if it dosn't get through eg. blocked.
notifications-pusher.gog.com now has 65576 queries and gameplay.gog.com has 9581 .
please fix, this is madness...
I would like to be able to add a alternative version of a game. I own Alan Wake on GOG,Steam and Epic (giveaways, yay!).

Since the Humble version runs better than the GOG version (sad, but true, it's a different game version), I have that one installed on my hard drive. But if in the launcher I choose "add game manually" it just redirects to the GOG version. "Import folder" would try to 'update' that version to the GOG version. How can I add an alternative source?
I have the problem, that some games appear as invalid because GOG Galaxy 2 doesn't recognize DLCs which were recognized in GOG Galaxy 1.

Examples:

STAR CONTROL
- STAR CONTROL: ORIGINS shows as invalid and DLC is missing under Extras - repair and update fails

STAR WARS
- X-WING shows as 3 stacked versions of the same title in the library which is great
- TIE FIGHTER only shows as 3 different titles in the library but should show as 3 stacked versions of the same title
- JEDI KNIGHT DARK FORCES II shows as 2 different titles in the library but should show as only 1 title with DLC

Generally it would be good for users to have the possibility to group different games into collections like this example below, even though GOG Galaxy developers have another opinion about what should belong together:

Example 1:
WING COMMADER UNIVERSE
- WING COMMANDER I
- WING COMMANDER II
- WING COMMANDER PRIVATEER
- PRIVATEER II - THE DARKENING
- etc...

Example 2:
MASTER STRATEGY
- Master of Magic
- Master of Orion
- Master of Orion 2
- Master of Orion (2016 Reboot)

Not sure but I think that dark forces 2 Mysteries of the sith is an expansion that can be perfectly be shown unbundled because It is just a new campaign for the game in the vein of standalone titles.

But no sure if when playing the expansion you can play the original campaign as well.

I consider that the bundled icons feature is for games with the same name or for games with different versions being the same title IMO.

I agree with the tie fighter unbundled glitch. I am pretty sure that it is a bug of somehing GOG has not aware of.

Greetings

Yeah, I'll wait until it's out of BETA. GOG 1 is working fine for me. No need to lose my DLC content until the querks and eberthing is fixed. Looks tempting though.
Im completely confused on how to install libraries from steam,Epic,Orgin
Hello,

I was having trouble searching community integration plugin from GOG.
you could see from the first screenshot, I can't find any plugin searching "steam".
I'm not sure if it's related but I'm from China.

so I manually downloaded and deployed the steam plugin, but still it doesn't work, you could see from the second screenshot.
I'm not sure if the "offline" is related to the plugin or the API server, is there any log I can refer to?

Also is it possible for GOG to support web proxy(socks5, http, etc.)? Best if it could set proxy for download and other features separately, download here is fast enough for now.

Same here. I came here to check whether the tag sync/import was solved... I guess not?
Deleted a game and it shows up on the installed screen. Can't reinstall game through Galaxy Client

Terrible client. Stop copy Steam. Be unique. Deinstalled and will never use any Galaxy version again.

Bye
So, I've been using Galaxy 2.0 for a while now. I feel like you guys over promised and under delivered. The main promise was being able to use one client to unify all of the TOO MANY other clients that we all have now. That is what we all want and there is no argument there. Now, Steam does do this, you just have to manually add all the games and add the art as well. Your solution, in theory, is much easier/better. The problems that I have with this are:

1. It was originally sold as being one client that unified all of your games across multiple clients, but was not clearly (if at all) stated that you have to rely on third parties (none of whom I do business with or trust) to get this done. IF Friends of Galaxy is GOG, then there has never been any confirmation that I've seen, but it would help with my (and probably others) trust level.

2. Because of #1 (being third parties with no agreement with the companies), most of these connections time out constantly. Funny, how the XBOX (official one) never times out. It kind of defeats the purpose of setting it up and letting it do its magic if you constantly have to login to the source all of the time. Even if you don't have to "constantly" login to one source "all the time", if you are like me and have games on several sources, you are going to be constantly having to sign into the different sources.

Currently, it is the best option we have, but not by as far as what you guys sold this as. Yes, it is a free option, which I do appreciate, but you guys want feedback so here it is!
