OldOldGamer: As nothing kept me on v2.0, I've moved to 1.2.

Most of the integration functionalities are nothing I care much about and, ovreall, the UI is more involved that 1.2 for no apparent benefit.
Agreed, I wish they didn't force people to update to 2.0 which is their plan.

As per the website, they:

A) lack any designer ir design skill
B) Takes 1 step forward and two backwards
C) They take yers to listen to feedback and improve, to overhaul to a new mess once things are kind of serviceable

gedece: Sorry for the negative post, but I'm disappointed. It's true that it centralizes things, but also that it needs the other launchers logged in to work. And that is a feature killer, because we have now two launchers for the same game. Sort of pointless.

I'll try to think about this a little more before deciding what to do about it. I like taking my decisions slowly and not when I just noticed something.
It's supposed to have full integration with auto-closing for the other launchers that will run in the background as a service, I'm impatient for a download offline installer option from within galaxy 2 itself!
Could you please add back the ability to access your wishlist through the desktop client? I’d rather not go on the web browser every time I need to access it.

There actually is, it's just well hidden. People found it and a way to bookmark it here.

Insane how many spam emails you guys have sent me after "signing up" for this beta, yet I still don't have an invite. Great way to get everyone to sign up for a GOG account and spam people with emails and never deliver a invite. Doesn't make me feel good about ever buying games from you guys.

You should be able to control that in your account settings: https://www.gog.com/account/settings/subscriptions

Personally, I think that the fact that GoG sells DRM-free games which don't require any kind of launcher and which will be installable and playable years after GoG or any of the companies involved with making the game cease to exist makes it well worth buying games from GoG over competing services like Steam, but that's up to you.

As for beta, it seems like they're being very slow to add people to it, so most of the people who signed up have yet to get an invite. I'm not sure that they were expecting many folks who didn't already have GoG accounts from even signing up or that they expected to get as many people signing up as they did, but either way, I'd guess that they're being slow about it, because they don't want to open it up to a lot more people when they have yet to fix the bugs that have already been reported, but I don't know. I'm among the many still waiting for an invite.

Guys, it seems not to be possible to distinguish PS4 main-games from it's dlc's when taking a look at the "my progess" menu. For Example: I have 100% of the Horizon: Zero Dawn trophies on PS4 but haven't played the DLC yet. When taking a look at the "my progress" menu it seems like I don't have all trophies because GOG Galaxy doesn't distinguish between main game and dlc. Would be lovely if it's possible to have different tabs for main game, dlc I, dlc II etc.

I noticed something similar with game collections (for example the Kingdom Hearts 1.5 & 2.5 edition). PSN sorts the achievements for each game individually, but Galaxy 2.0 just throws everything together. But not only PSN, any other achievements aren't sorted. Steam achievements you haven't earned yet are in a completely random order instead of the order they are in Steam.
So yeah, taking over the order of the platform and titled subdivisions for collections and DLCs would be nice.

Hi something i noticed is that when you uninstall a game it doesnt disappear from the installed tab (at least not until the next time that gog 2.0 checks imported games). So my proposition is to have constant automatic imported games checks.

That would be nice
"Inside" from EGS giveaway has wrong info in GOG2.0 client.
It displays the media and description of the Garnudo Games' "Inside" '18 instead of Playdead's '16
I had to reformat my computer and I do not have the gog galaxy 2 beta installer anymore. Where can I find the link to re download it ?

For the time I used it, I think it's a great version. The only question I have is about the xbox game pass : I see the games I've downloaded, but is there a way to see all the games avalaible? Gog galaxy interface is much better than the xbox app !

Thank you for your great work !
Absolutely loving Galaxy 2.0 and can't wait for when other standalone games (eg Minecraft, Guild Wars 2 etc) can be added manually.
Can some please tell me how long does it normally take to get an invite to GOG Galaxy 2.0?

As I have been waiting for months now.

Thanks.
