When I set my download speed limit in Galaxy to 10MB/s, it limits the speed to 3 MB/s. I have to set it to 30 MB/s to limit my download speed to 10MB/s. This issue is present since the first time I was forced to be a beta tester for the new Galaxy client. When is it going to be fixed?
