While I like GOG, I have grown weary of its lack of design. Any buggy system should make it a high priority to receive bug reports. This should be a mandatory in game button (generally in a GOG frame or in the pulldown menu with the game exit) that a user can click on to make a report. This is for ease of use of players as well as developers. A snapshot of the game state can be made as well as system information can be captured. This makes feedback easy and effective for developers to use. they often must wade through poor reports and struggle to recreate bugs. This design isn't something new. I feel like the GOG team isn't trying. It has been too much of a hassle to file bug reports and thus far no action has been taken on any of them.
