I'm trying to add background art for a game that has none, but ironically it won't let me add anything because it's stuck in the "loading" animation and the link to pick a file never appears. (this is for the old Irem Arcade Hits collection if that helps). This seems like a pretty big issue as these are the games you'd most want to add art for lol

I have the same problem with adding a Titanfall 2 background.
