Could it be How to Survive? Here(youtube link) is a first impressions video by TotalBiscuit. The commentary made by TheEnigmaticT sounds like Kovac's Rules, check it out in TB's video at around 7:18.

Ghorpm: I believe CarrionCrow made a pretty good guess. Point one and two is not directly related to a game - it's just about taking care of a brain. And the third point points to Microcosm...
Microcosm was published by Psygnosis, though.

It can't be THE game TET's referring to. Microcosm wasn't a good game worth remembering. At all. Quite the contrary, it's not worth anyone's time or money and that's not an exaggeration on my part.

Hmm... did all Psygnosis' IP go to Sony? I believe Eidos was somehow involved but I'm not sure...

I have no idea, I've never played nor heard about it. It's not my cup of tea, but I think the description fits nicely to the enigmatic hint...

That I do not know. Do you have evidence that Eidos owns some of Psygnosis' IP?

Would be great if GOG showed that we'll keep getting more classics from big publishers (aside from EA). And getting more Eidos titles might mean more of Core Design's backcatalog could come, Heimdall and such. (Perhaps my email to Square-Enix's CEO paid off; he did say he would pass it along to the appropriate people. ;)

I have absolutely no idea how reliable this information is but for example here you can read that in 1998 Eidos bought Psygnosis' European operations while US part went to Sony (or 989 Studios to be more precise). But then it says that later UK studios were absorbed by SCEE (SCE Worldwide Studios) so apparently I was right that Eidos was involved somehow. Unfortunately it doesn't matter because I guess "UK studios" = "Psygnosis' European operations" which means Sony has everything at the moment.

I'm not sure if understand it correctly, I'm always confused by right holding stuff a similar things ;)

Interesting, thanks.

Also a bump to see if anyone else happens to know what the hint might mean.

Nobody seems to have noticed my post, from six hours ago, about How to Survive. In the game you can:

1. Sleep.
2. Hunt, fish, forage for food.
3. Build weapons.
4. Fight zombies.

Plenty of people probably saw your post but most likely weren't sure what to think or they just hadn't heard of it either, so they aren't partial to it.

I watched a bit of the video. Looks really neat. If that shows up here I will probably pick it up at some point.

You could well be right, but I was hoping the hint was actually for an older game.

I don't follow the hints very closely and it's the first time that I think I can decipher it, is it usually for an oldie or for an indie?
I really think it's a zombie survival game but I wouldn't commit myself on which one. There are a few indies in that genre but I cannot think of any oldies.

JMich: Bookeeper! Boo! Boo! Bookeeper!

Really curious about the hint, G-Doc may rejoice.

G-Doc: :-D
Is this a game about accountants or ghost wranglers?

btw, there is exactly one word in the English language that has three consecutive double letters in a row - bookkeeper happens to be it ;-p

Generally it's an oldie, but TET got tired of being limited to that I think, so by having it be an "Enigmatic Hint" (rather than a "Hint for a classic release") it can technically be new or old.

BUT most of the time they've still been older games.
Hmmm, has anyone guess Ghost Control Inc, which would combine boo keeping and bookkeeping.
How I am supposed to get planty of sleep with all those games waiting for me?
