Maybe you can request a steam code, Sachys.

rtcvb32: My experience pales to yours with them; So far my experience shows their games are sub-par, mediocre. Playable at least.
Well, I got off easy compared to the people who bought the Great Adventure Bundle 2010, they lost all those games where I only lost one.

I liked their games, the earlier ones at least (up to and including Sam & Max Season 3). The fact I was a fan made the kick in the nuts a bit worse.

I seem to remember a thread on this from when I either joined / began posting

On the adventure bundle or the kick in the nuts? My kick in the nuts thread was late last year or early this year but someone else might have noticed earlier than me and made a thread back then.

Recently enough for me to still be bearing a hell of a grudge against them though. :P

Ham sandwich and a glass of wine?

Jennifer: Did you get a key you can activate on Steam? Or maybe contact their support and ask if you can get a Steam key? I don't know if they do that, but they might be accommodating if you explain the technical issues you're having.
Telltale accommodating? Giving out Steam keys? I'd be EXTREMELY surprised. With any other company I'd suggest trying this approach, too, but if Sachys is already fed up with contacting support in general, I fear dealing with Telltale's own will only cement his prejudices once and for all. :D
