I actually was expecting Sensible soccer
I was a new customer.

I was very surprised to discover that I have to email customer support for the CD key, which is advertised to be part of the package.

And the worse part is that it was almost a week ago since I emailed and I am yet to hear ANYTHING from them.

I might be able to understand poor customer support but NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT is something not acceptable. In the case of a business built on internet sales, a response time of 24 hours should be the baseline. Ignoring your customers is a total no no.

stonebro: There are no bad products on GoG.
Yes they all still work fine on Windows 98 :)

Seriously though I only know of one problematic game so that's pretty good going!

... why is that a bad game? Actua Soccer (I prefer the European name) was the best football game at the time and sold quite well.
Wonder if the OP ever went to the game-in-question's forum & posted to get help?
They have a good customer support, i can agree maybe they dont give you a fast
reply to your emails but they read all and reply when they can. They are nice team
and good people.
