Wishbone: Why yes, I did ;-) And I bet I can find a bunch of games I consider absolute classics that you've never played either :-p Let's face it, people have different tastes, and noone has played every game in existence.
Besides, Street Fighter is mostly a console series, no? I've never been much of a console player. The first console I owned was a PS2 which I bought for my son a few years ago. Also, I'm not huge on Japanese games.
Miaghstir: I've played it... once or twice, no way I remember any of the characters.

I just played it at the arcades, never really owned it.
